Kibale is an extensive National Park, protecting a large block of rain forest that offers some excellent forest for bird watching. It harbors the greatest variety and concentration of primates found any where in East Africa. Birds and primates combined with easy access, a good infrastructure and a variety of interesting activities make this forest a worth while Uganda safaris destination. Many of the facilities are community based, thus providing the local community with the necessary revenue to keep their interest focused on the long-term protection of the area.

The area is mainly occupied by two tribes i.e Batooro and Bakiga traditionally both tribes utilize the forest for food, fuel, building materials and medicines and many others.

Queen Elizabeth National Park is in southwest Uganda.The park is know of having a lot of wildlife and bird species i.e Leopards, Zebras, Elephants, Lions and many more. Nearby Lake Katwe is a huge volcanic explosion crater. Boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel gives you an opportunity to view  aquatic animals Hippos and Nile crocodiles. Chimpanzees inhabit the Kyambura Gorge. Trails lead to bat caves in the central Maramagambo Forest. The Ishasha area is home to tree-climbing lions and shoe bill storks.

Extensive Savannah grass lands makes it the best place for the big games, ten primate species including the chimps, and 500+ bird species,and this makes it  a famous national park and traveler’s destination

The Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is a bio-diverse, mountainous area in southwest Uganda. It’s a home to many of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas, who feed on roots, leaves and fruits from the park’s many tree and fern species. Restricted numbers of viewing permits help protect the endangered gorilla families. In the park, rough paths weave amid dense forests, which are home to many butterflies and birds. The park contains both Montane and lowland forest and is accessible only on foot. The park is also UNESCO heritage site. The national park provides habitat to 120 species of mammals, 348 bird species, 1000 flowering plants, 163 species of trees and 104 species of ferns.

This park is also a sanctuary of many Columbus Monkeys, chimpanzees and bird species. It has got over 340 mountain gorillas which is half of the world’s remaining gorilla population. There are also four habituated mountain gorillas groups which are open for tourism purposes, these include; Mubare, Habinyanja, Rushegura and the Nkuringo group. It is one of the excellent places in the world to explore mountain gorillas in their real natural life.

Day 1 Visiting former Entebbe zoo ( UWEC )
You will meet our company representative at the air port and you check in your hotel for relaxation and in the afternoon we head to the former zoo so that you can see different primates and mammals there together with different bird species. Monkeys, Leopards lions, Elephant, wild cat, snakes and many more and after the experience return to your hotel for dinner and relaxation or you may decide to take an evening walk in Entebbe city.

Day 2 Drive to Kibale forest
Early in the morning check out and we continue with our 8 Day Gorilla and Chimp, wildlife Uganda safari start the journey which is pleasant with beautiful country side landscape and green vegetation Arrival will be in the evening and  you will take a nature walk in the crater valley after return to the booked lodge.

Day 3 Kibale Chimp trekking – Queen Elizabeth
Early in the morning you will set off for chimpanzee trekking in the rain forest together with other primates.Chimpanzee trekking is the main activity in this forest.With the help of the guide when chips are sighted you will spend 1 hour with them take photographs and them return to the lodge

You will take a nature walk in the near by Bigodi swamp in search for other primates and birds and the swamp is known as a home fore birders,return to the lodge freshen and then we set off for another experience in Queen Elizabeth park .At the arrival check into your lodge for over night.

Day 4 Game drive – Boat cruise Queen Elizabeth
Early morning you will  set off for the game drive in search for Lions and other predators before they go for their early hunting.

You will have an opportunity to see almost every animal in the  vast population and here you will have an opportunity of taking lovely shots.Seen animals are Elephants, Leopards, Uganda Kob , Giraffe, spotted hyenas, Zebras and many more. After the experience you will return to the lodge for break fast because the game drive takes 2- 3 hours.
In the afternoon you will join the lunch cruise on Kazinga channel which connects lake Edward to lake George. Hippos, crocodile and birds fishing in the shallows of channels.After every thing return to the lodge.

Day 5 Trans fer to Bwindi forest
Early morning check out from the lodge and then set off for the game drive through Isasha plain in search for tree climbing lions.

With the help of the guide you will be able to see these amazing cats relaxing up in fig trees and this will give you an opportunity to take lovely shots.Also birds of different species will be seen on this drive we may have lunch in Isasha plains or we may decide to have it on the way to Bwindi forest.We head for Bwata culture performances and after awards we proceed to the booked lodge.
Arrival will be in the evening and check in your lodge to freshen and over night.

Day 6 Gorilla trekking – Bwindi forest
Early morning after break fast prepare your self go to the head offices for orientation and after wards with the help of a guide set off for gorilla trekking in the forest.You should have your packed lunch , walking stick, rain jacket, and other materials.

Other primates  will also be encountered in this activity,the trek may take 8-10 hours, because these humble giants keep on moving from one place to another building new nests every thing. One hour will be spent when  these giants are sighted as you take photo graphs and sitting around them.
After the experience return to the lodge to freshen up and relax then after we transfer to Lake Bunyonyi check in your lodge for over night.

Day 7 Lake Bunyonyi
After break fast you will join canoeing on Lake Bunyonyi which will take 3 hours and and here you will have an opportunity of viewing birds of various species on the lake and you may join in any other activity at Lake Bunyonyi after canoeing then after we transfer to lake Mburo at arrival we check in the booked lodge for relaxation.

Day 8 Lake Mburo
After morning break fast you set off for the horse back riding with the experienced horse guide in search for animals which is a great experience and the guide will make sure that you are safe at all times.You will keep your cameras ready to take lovely shots at a close range .
This will take 2-3  hours and then after return to the lodge.In the afternoon you will go for Boat ride on the beautiful Lake where you will see different wildlife Hippos, Crocodile, and birds of different species.After the experience transfer to Kampala where you will arrive in late evening.
