2 Days Gorilla trekking adventure Rwanda

The 2 days gorilla trekking adventure takes you to Rwanda commonly referred to as a place of a thousand hills. And the only country with a close proximity to the protected area (volcanoes national park) of approximately 2 hours drive from Kigali Rwanda’s largest city.

Day 1: Arrive and transfer to Volcanoes national Park
Arrive at the airport in Kigali, you will be welcomed by our company representatives who will take you for a city tour to view a sites number of historical sites within the city and these include Kigali and Gisozi genocide memorial, local art and craft market. Have lunch and the transfer to the lodge dinner and overnight at the lodge/hotel.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Adventure
After breakfast, transfer to Volcanoes national park headquarters for briefing at Kinigi. After the briefing as early as 8:00am you will start to hike into the forest with the lead of the ranger guide following specific trails in search of the allocated gorilla family.

After seeing them, u will spend an hour with him take pictures for a memorable travel experience. In the afternoon, you will head for a nature walk. Return for lunch at the hotel and transfer back to Kigali, later be transferred to the airport to catch with the flight back home.
