10 Days Uganda primate and Zanzibar safari

Day 1: Arrival and transfer to your lodge.
Upon your arrival at Entebbe international Airport, you will meet and greet our company representative and then transfer you to the hotel for your overnight stay.

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast, drive to the beautiful Murchison falls and will have a stopover at Ziwa Rhino sanctuary in Nakasongola to track Rhinos. Then drive to the top of the breath-taking Murchison falls national park and enjoy your evening game drive to see elephants, buffaloes, and warthogs as you head towards your lodge. Then check in for dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 3: Game Drive and Boat cruise.
Have breakfast and head for morning game drive. Expect to see elephants, giraffes, Uganda kobs, lions may be leopards and hyenas. Return to the lodge for hot lunch and after that head for a 2 hours boat cruise to the bottom of the Murchison Falls. You will have a closer view of the mighty waterfall on the River Nile. Expect to see schools of hippos and Nile crocodiles as well as elephants, buffaloes along the shores. While on your boat cruise you, will have a chance to see a variety of bird species including the rare shoebill stork. Enjoy your dinner and overnight stay at your lodge or hotel.

Day 4: Transfer to Kibale National Park
After breakfast, you will transfer to Kibale National Park through the lush rolling hills of the Albert escarpment to Fort portal town have a brief tour in Fort portal town with breath-taking views of the snow-capped Mountains of the moon. After fort portal city, proceed to Kibale forest driving through the tea plantations. Check into your lodge for dinner and overnight stay

Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking – Bigodi nature walks
You will head to the park headquarters in Kanyanchu to be briefed by the park ranger about chimpanzee trekking adventure. You will search for the chimpanzees, and on finding them, you will spend an hour observing and taking photographs. Back to the lodge for lunch and in the evening you will also enjoy a swamp walk in Bigodi, a place to spot various monkeys, wetland mammals such as sitatungas, baboons, and bushbucks. Besides, Bigodi swamp has over 200 species of birds including the great blue turaco, papyrus gonoleks, and flycatchers. You will return to the lodge for dinner, and overnight.

Day 6: Transfer to Bwindi forest
After breakfast, you will drive via Ishasha as you connect to Bwindi Impenetrable. Therefore expect to see the famous tree climbing lions in the acacia trees as you exit the park. Arrive in Bwindi forest in the evening, and then check in to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Gorilla Trekking and Batwa pygmies.
After an early breakfast, you will head to the briefing area for guidelines will trek mountain gorillas. Then rally behind your ranger for this exciting adventure with the gorillas as you hike in the forest. Once you have found them, spend an hour observing and taking pictures. Later in the evening, you will visit the Batwa pygmies in their new communities. Then return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Depart to Zanzibar and Transfer to the hotel
After breakfast drive to Uganda wildlife education centre see more animals in the wild and boost your experience. Have lunch and later drive to the Entebbe International Airport to catch up with the flight to Zanzibar.
Meet our representatives at the Airport and later you will be transferred to the hotel .Head for Stone town tour to visit the historical site, and you will have a chance to do shopping tour. Later retire at your lodge for an overnight.

Day 9: Spice farm tour
After breakfast check out and do spice tour visit spice farms to see how spices grown you have chance to taste and to buy as well. While after lunch you will go for swimming. (B.B)

Day 10: Airport transfer
After breakfast or lunch transferred to the airport for your flight home
